πΏ Yoga Therapy Services
Rooted in the Krishnamacharya lineage of yoga therapy, our approach honors the understanding that every person is bioindividual and that true healing begins by meeting the individual exactly where they are physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, yoga therapy works with the changing states of the nervous system, mind, body, breath, and lifestyle to help restore balance and connection.
Drawing from the wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, breathwork, somatic awareness, and lifestyle medicine, sessions are designed to assess patterns of imbalance through the lens of the five elements β earth, water, fire, air, and space.
π₯ Red Zone | Fire + Hot Water
This state may present as irritability, frustration, inflammation, overdrive, criticism, overheating, anxiety, hyper-control, or emotional reactivity. Physically, it can manifest as heat, tension, hormonal imbalance, inflammation, acidity, skin irritation, or burnout.
π Blue Zone | Earth + Cold Water
This state may show up as heaviness, grief, depression, fatigue, brain fog, stagnation, low motivation, attachment, lethargy, or emotional withdrawal. Physically, this may appear as stiffness, sluggishness, congestion, excess mucus, chronic fatigue, or feeling βstuck.β
π¬οΈ White Zone | Air + Space
This state is often connected to overwhelm, lack of grounding, worry, scattered thinking, restlessness, fear, depletion, loneliness, nervous system dysregulation, or disconnection from the body. Physically, this may include shakiness, dryness, pain, depletion, difficulty focusing, sleep imbalance, or frazzled nerves.
